I purchased the Dyson V15 vacuum expecting top-level performance, but lately it’s become nearly unusable. Even though the dust bin is empty and the filter is freshly cleaned, the vacuum starts by giving a filter warning. Moments later, it displays an alert saying the airways are blocked—despite everything being clean and clear.
The suction power has dropped drastically. I can barely vacuum two rooms before the machine begins stalling and shutting down. I've followed every maintenance instruction, cleaned the filter regularly, and emptied the bin after each use, yet the performance keeps getting worse.
To make things even more frustrating, I’ve tried calling Dyson customer service multiple times, and no one ever answers. I paid a significant amount (₺) for this machine, and I feel like it’s been a complete waste. If this is how quickly such an expensive vacuum breaks down, what exactly did I pay for?
Dyson, I need immediate support. Either repair this faulty device under warranty or offer a full replacement. I trusted your brand, but right now, I’m left with a poorly functioning vacuum and no one to help me.
