We purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner expecting top-tier performance, but we’re facing a frustrating issue with the filter. Despite cleaning the filter exactly as instructed and allowing it to dry fully—which takes nearly two full days—the device keeps displaying a filter warning when we try to use it again.
This recurring alert makes the vacuum nearly unusable, as we’re stuck in a loop of cleaning, waiting days for it to dry, and then being told to clean it again. We've followed every guideline carefully, yet the device insists there's an issue.
For such an expensive and highly praised product, this shouldn’t be happening. Dyson, please provide a permanent solution to this problem. Whether it's a software reset or a replacement component, we expect better functionality and support. This issue seriously affects the usability of your product.
