I purchased the Dyson V15 cordless vacuum last year, and within three months, the wheel on the cleaning head broke. Although they eventually replaced it, it took weeks of frustrating conversations to get it resolved. Now, the section holding the handle to the body has deformed, causing the tube to wobble. Dyson claims this "doesn’t hinder usage," which is unacceptable after spending such a significant amount on this product. This is my third Dyson device, but it will be my last. When contacting technical support, you’re kept waiting for over 15 minutes, only to be told to continue using the defective product. I demand Dyson repair or replace this vacuum immediately. This has been a huge disappointment.

My first encounter with Dyson was 20 years ago. That device never caused me any problems. Since I started keeping a cat at home, I bought the Dyson Animal Pro and Dyson V15 cordless vacuum. In the 3rd month, the wheel on the head of the cordless vacuum broke. Within 4-5 months, the dust container of my Animal Pro device stopped fitting properly and its cord stopped retracting. The service process was problematic. After long efforts, our grievance was resolved. Now, my Dyson V15 device (before even a year has passed) does not fit properly due to deformation in the part where the tube connects to the body. We can't use it comfortably because it wobbles during use. If you ask what the service said, they claimed this was normal, not an obstacle to use, and not covered under warranty... I'm writing to those considering buying it: friends, don't think about it, Dyson's old quality is gone. We pay a lot of money, but the performance is low, and the quality is low. From now on, I don't even want my device to be repaired. I want a refund... I will do my best to share this complaint across all platforms to prevent people from being deceived.
