Dyson V15 Broke After 2 Years – Zero Accountability!





The wheel on the carpet head of my Dyson V15 cordless vacuum cleaner broke during normal use. In addition, the silicone part surrounding the head became deformed. Despite the numerous complaints online from users experiencing the same issues, Dyson has refused to provide any support when I reported the problem. Even though it is clear there is a recurring defect with these parts, Dyson does not acknowledge it. After paying three times the price of a regular upright vacuum, it’s extremely disappointing that Dyson takes no responsibility for a product that became unusable after only two years and developed multiple issues. I did not expect this lack of accountability from a brand like Dyson.
