My Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner's wheel is broken, and I've been waiting for a replacement since December 30th without any success. Also, I pointed out some wobbling between the pipe and the body, and they sent me a replacement pipe. However, I'm a bit reluctant to use it due to the ongoing wobbling problem. The vacuum is extremely noisy, dust collects at the top of the bin, and hair always gets stuck to the machine, which makes cleaning a challenge. On the whole, I am not happy with the product and wish I hadn't spent my money on it.
