Dyson V15 Vacuum Battery Woes

I began using my Dyson V15 vacuum in March, and on July 26, it developed a battery issue. Customer service assured me that a replacement battery would be sent to me within three business days. However, six days had passed with no sign of the battery. When I contacted them again, they said it would be shipped as soon as it became available. Later, I received a call, but they informed me that the batteries were out of stock and that I would have to wait a long time. What a predicament! Dyson as a brand has deeply disappointed me. They are not problem solvers. I'm already dealing with a battery issue after only four months, and instead of quickly resolving it, they appear to be going out of their way to inconvenience the customer. I urgently request that my problem be resolved as soon as possible.

The lack of V15 Battery stock in the country is not an acceptable situation. This situation puts us, your customers who trust the Dyson brand and choose Dyson, in a difficult position. Please provide information about the stock and address my grievance.
