Google Pay Deposit Deducted but Not Credited

I am writing about a deposit problem I experienced on Parimatch. On 19 July at around 8:45 pm, I made a ₹1500 deposit via Google Pay using my Bandhan Bank account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank through GPay, and the UPI transaction shows as completed, but the money has not been credited to my Parimatch account balance. In my Parimatch transaction history, the related deposit attempts for 19 July appear as “rejected”, even though the ₹1500 payment was taken from my bank. My Parimatch balance is still not updated and shows almost no funds, which proves that the deposit has not been added. I tried to get help from Parimatch support but did not receive any real assistance. I also contacted Parimatch support by email about this issue, but I have not received any reply from them so far. I want this issue to be resolved urgently. I request that my missing ₹1500 either be refunded back to my Bandhan Bank account used via Google Pay or credited to my Parimatch account balance.
