Dyson V15 Battery Died After 3 Years - No Replacement Available

My Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner shut down during use, showing a low battery warning, and then did not charge again. Customer service told me that I needed to replace the battery, but the battery is not in stock. I want to buy a replacement battery, but since it is not available and the battery cannot be repaired, it feels like the only option is to throw the vacuum cleaner away. For me, the vacuum cleaner is now completely unusable. A machine that I bought for such a high price should not become unusable within just three years. I am frustrated with the company for providing false, inaccurate, and misleading information by advertising a battery life of more than 2000 hours. If used for one hour every day, this should last for around 5.6 years (2000 days / 365), but it is quite strange that the battery failed in just three years without any prior issues or warning signs.

The attitude of the company until the product is sold and the attitude during the sustainability period are as different as black and white. Focusing in no way on solving my problem, and 'the battery will arrive, follow the notification' is not a solution.
