I Waited a Year for a Dyson Vacuum Battery and Still Got No Replacement or Support

Dear Dyson Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an ongoing issue with my Dyson vacuum cleaner. Since August 2024, I have been trying to obtain a replacement battery for my device. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received the battery, nor have I been provided with a clear timeline for when it will be available. This extended delay has caused significant inconvenience and has rendered my vacuum cleaner unusable for almost a year. I expected better service and support from a brand like Dyson. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently. Either a replacement battery should be provided free of charge as soon as possible, or, if the battery cannot be supplied, the vacuum cleaner should be replaced to compensate for the ongoing inconvenience.
