Roborock Q8 Max Pro Water Tank Broken – Spare Part Unavailable

I own a Roborock Q8 Max Pro robot vacuum cleaner and for the last two days the device has been leaking water even when it is not moving. Upon inspection it was understood that a part of the water tank is broken and because of this defect water continuously leaks out. I contacted the technical service and was told that the water tank needs to be replaced. However, I was also informed that the spare part is not in stock, they do not open a stock record, and that I should follow the situation myself on the website and, only if it appears there, place an order. I find it unacceptable that a basic spare part such as the water tank is not supplied through the service and that no clear pathway or service code is provided. In addition, I was told that they cannot accept the device into service just because the problem concerns the water tank, which leaves me without any official service process. I specifically chose Roborock and paid a high price because it is a global, well-known brand, and I expected to be able to reach spare parts and service quickly and reliably. Otherwise, I could have bought a cheaper device or a product with a local service network. The fact that I am facing such difficulty in obtaining a simple spare part from a large international brand has increased my sense of victimization. Due to the broken water tank, I cannot use my device properly and I am left alone to search for a spare part that does not even have stock tracking. I request that a suitable water tank compatible with my Roborock Q8 Max Pro be urgently supplied and replaced under appropriate conditions, that my grievance be remedied as soon as possible, and that I be provided with clear and guiding information about the service process instead of being directed only to follow the website on my own.
