3On September 17th, the Dyson V15 vacuum I purchased from the online store was shipped with a missing nozzle storage clip. However, because I was hospitalized at the time, I wasn't able to inspect the product and noticed the missing part until later. As soon as I realized this, I contacted Dyson customer service via WhatsApp with my order number. However, they informed me that since I hadn't received a notification within 14 days, they couldn't assist me systematically and that I was excluded from the process. Because I was in the hospital, I wasn't able to inspect the product in time, and I would like this to be taken into consideration. I would like to request that the missing nozzle storage clip be sent to me free of charge.
