After 12 Days, Dyson Still Hasn't Sent My Replacement Part


I communicated the problem I experienced with my Dyson rechargeable vertical vacuum cleaner to Dyson customer service via WhatsApp on September 1, 2023. I was told that my problem had been solved by customer service for that day, and I was told that the spare part was in stock and would be shipped within 24-48 hours (1-2 days). When I wrote via WhatsApp again on Monday, I was informed that the product would be shipped. When I wrote again via WhatsApp on 11.09.2023, I was informed that the spare parts would be shipped. Although it has been exactly 288 hours (12 days) today, my spare parts have not been sent yet. When I contacted customer services again via WhatsApp on 13.09.2023 today, I was informed that the spare parts would be delivered when the stocks were updated, which were not in stock.

They got in touch, but they still haven't provided a solution. In my opinion, not being able to offer a solution from September 1st to September 19th is not fitting for such a brand. I thought I was paying this money to receive quality service, but I was mistaken.

As of October 23, 2023, the Dyson brand still has not provided a solution and has not sent my replacement part.
