I was told that my problem had been solved by customer service for that day, and I was told that the spare part was in stock and would be shipped within 24-48 hours (1-2 days). When I wrote via WhatsApp again on Monday, I was informed that the product would be shipped. When I wrote again via WhatsApp on 11.09.2023, I was informed that the spare parts would be shipped. Although it has been exactly 288 hours (12 days) today, my spare parts have not been sent yet. When I contacted customer services again via WhatsApp on 13.09.2023 today, I was informed that the spare parts would be delivered when the stocks were updated, which were not in stock.
