Dyson V15 Detect Extra Upright Vacuum Missing Parts

On January 21, 2023, I went to the Dyson Demo Store and bought the Dyson V15 Detect Extra Upright Vacuum Cleaner. When I opened the box, I saw that two parts were missing, so the customer service rep put in an order for them. They told me that the products were out of stock and that I should check back often to find out what was going on with my order. But, despite my many attempts since January 21, I still haven't heard anything new. I'm very upset and angry about my experience with customer service. I've been given the runaround, and it seems like the distributor for Dyson in Turkey doesn't care about giving its customers good service. This isn't right, and I feel like I'm being hurt. As a customer, I shouldn't have to deal with this level of incompetence from a company that's supposed to be the best in its field. I hope Dyson realizes that its reputation is at risk and does something to help me.
