New Dyson V15 Vacuum Cleaner Not Picking Up Dust!

I noticed that my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner, which I bought in December 2023 and started using because I wasn't here, didn't pick up dust properly when I used it for the second time. It performed no better than an ordinary handheld vacuum cleaner. I called customer service twice, explaining that there was a fault in the product and that they had sent me a defective device. I requested service and inspection, but each time, customer service dismissed my complaints as user error. It's regrettable to have spent 21,000 ₺ on a Dyson vacuum, only to find no support or assistance when needed. It's incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. Why take customers' money if you're not going to provide proper service? Dyson's lack of care and responsiveness is appalling. I wish I had chosen another brand. Every Dyson product has been a disappointment for me. If you're considering purchasing one, think twice; paying 21,000 ₺ might just leave you feeling neurotic. It's astonishing how famous or influential individuals receive immediate attention, a brand-new replacement, and countless apologies, while regular customers are ignored. Such unethical behavior is unacceptable, yet Dyson continues to operate this way in Turkey. Buyers beware.
