I purchased a Dyson V15 Detect Absolute two months ago, and for the past two weeks, it has been displaying a filter warning. Despite thoroughly cleaning the filter, the error persists. Additionally, the suction power has noticeably decreased, and the vacuum no longer adheres to the carpet as it should.

I take great care of the device and use it in pristine condition, so I am extremely disappointed to encounter these issues so soon. I contacted Dyson’s customer service, but no effective solution has been provided. I am requesting a replacement for this defective unit, as this level of performance is unacceptable for a premium product.

I hope Dyson addresses this issue promptly. Please provide a resolution as soon as possible, as I trusted Dyson for quality and reliability.
