Additionally, I’ve noticed a tear in the machine’s dust cloth, which is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be durable. I am requesting an immediate resolution—either a replacement for my vacuum or repairs, including a new filter and dust cloth. Dyson needs to address this promptly, as this level of quality is not what I expected from such a premium product.
