Dyson Airwrap Shows Filter Error Immediately After Purchase, Cannot Reach Customer Service

I recently purchased the new Dyson Airwrap and tested all the attachments to ensure they were working properly. From the moment I turned it on, the filter warning light started flashing. I cleaned the filter as instructed, but the issue persisted. While testing the fourth attachment, the device stopped working for a few seconds before resuming.

I decided to return the product and packed it for a refund. However, despite multiple attempts to contact customer service for a return code, no one answers my calls. This lack of support is unacceptable for a premium product. I expect Dyson to resolve this issue immediately, provide a return code, and process my refund without further delays.
