Dyson Airwrap Purchased Online Constantly Malfunctions

I bought a Dyson Airwrap online, expecting the high quality Dyson promises. However, from day one, I've faced nothing but frustration. The device constantly malfunctions—it suddenly stops working mid-use, despite careful handling. After spending a fortune on this product, the filter issues and constant errors have left me humiliated and angry.

I sent the Airwrap for warranty repair, expecting Dyson would at least replace the device, especially since others I know received replacements for far smaller issues. Instead, Dyson only repaired mine, which I do NOT believe solved anything. I’m convinced the problem remains. Dyson’s repair has done nothing but waste my time and leave me with an expensive, defective product.
