Dyson Airstrait Performs Poorly—Requesting Full Return

I have been using the Dyson Airstrait straightener since February 2025, and I am completely dissatisfied with it. The device performs very poorly—it neither straightens nor styles my hair properly, and instead makes my hair frizzy.

I purchased the product from Turkcell Pasaj with an invoice. When I reported the issue, both Dyson and Turkcell Pasaj explained how I should use the device, but since I was already using it correctly, nothing changed and the problem continues.

Because I did not expect such poor performance from a product this expensive, I request a full return of the Dyson Airstrait and that the device be taken back.
