In April, I purchased a Dyson 599046-01 HT01 EU/TR/ZA JPPL (WA/BL) special edition hair straightener from the Dyson stand at Kayseri Park Mall. Since my hair is curly and coarse, I expected the product to perform effectively on my hair type. However, despite using it a total of five times, it failed to straighten my hair as expected. I am not satisfied with the product’s performance.
I returned to the stand where I purchased it, but they refused to accept a return. I also contacted Dyson customer service, but I haven’t received a response yet. The product is still under warranty, and I have the invoice. Additionally, I was not informed about the return or exchange policy at the time of purchase.
Since the product, which I purchased for $595 (₺21,999 ≈ $595), did not meet my expectations, I am requesting a return or exchange. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
