Parimatch Does Not Credit 5,000 INR After Bank Debit

I made a deposit of 5,000 INR to my Parimatch betting account (Player ID: 347951865) on January 26 using UPI via PhonePe. The payment was successfully completed on my end, and I have the UTR number 726545427694, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. After noticing that the money was debited from my PhonePe account but did not appear in my Parimatch balance, I contacted Parimatch customer service. However, I have not received a proper response, nor have I been given any clear information or solution regarding my missing deposit. I request that Parimatch immediately locate this transaction using my Player ID 347951865 and UTR number 726545427694 and credit the 5,000 INR to my Parimatch betting account without any further delay, or provide a clear and documented explanation if there is an issue on their side.
