I recently purchased the Dyson Airstrait with high hopes based on its reputation and steep price tag, but I’m incredibly disappointed. This device is not delivering what was promised at all. Every time I use it, it leaves my hair frizzy, not smooth. Even worse, whatever style I manage to create completely falls apart within just five minutes. The styling does not last, making it feel completely useless for daily use.
Not only that, I’m seeing actual damage to my hair—split ends and breakage—something I absolutely did not expect from such a premium brand. For a product priced this high, I expected quality and performance. Instead, I feel like I’ve thrown away my money.
I reached out for an exchange or return, but haven’t received helpful support. Dyson, I urge you to address this issue and take accountability. I would like either a full refund or a product replacement. This experience has been nothing but a huge letdown, and I would never recommend this product based on what I’ve gone through. Dyson, please fix this.
