Dyson Air Purifier's Missing Remote and Endless Wait

I am bored with the Dyson air purifier I purchased. It's been to the service center several times, and they even lost the remote control during one of the repairs. Instead of replacing it, they sent a broken and entirely different remote. When I asked for a replacement, they said the original remote was out of stock. I've been waiting for a functioning remote for months. I bought this device for my children, but we've barely used it. Dyson, a supposedly reputable brand, fails to stand behind their product and instead makes numerous excuses when there is a problem. I am deeply disappointed with my purchase, and all of the promises and trust they built in their advertisements turned out to be a lie. I'm in a helpless and distressing situation.
