Dyson Has To Pay My Money Back,14 Days Passed Nothing Happened
My Dyson air purifier stopped working properly. I sent it to Dyson for service. They called and said, "It's impossible to fix it. We need to give you a new one, which is not possible for now, or refund your money." I chose the refund. They agreed, saying it would be in my bank account within 14 business days. It's been more than 30 business days, and nothing has happened. During this process, I called them maybe more than three times, and all they say is, "Ah, we're sorry. This is not normal. Don't worry; it will be in your account soon. Just wait."
Well, I am a lawyer. I didn't want to warn them via legal action. At first, I wanted to talk and assert my rights. But, of course, things don't always work out that way. Just wanted to let you all know about this approach of Dyson. Don't break the law!
