Dyson Air Purifier Is Useless Without Expensive Remote and Media Markt Won’t Help

I purchased a Dyson air purifier through Media Markt. The product is useless without its remote control, which I only realized after buying it. Getting a new remote is extremely expensive. Despite submitting a return or exchange request within the first two days, neither Media Markt nor Dyson is addressing the issue. In short, they’re saying, "We sold the product, there’s nothing we can do now." While many products have a remote control app, this one doesn’t, and no other remote works with it—it has to be the original remote. Both Media Markt and Dyson have been a huge disappointment. Neither brand stands behind the products they sell or offers any help.
Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Your satisfaction is very important to us. You can be assured that we will handle the matter with sensitivity. Our solution center representative will contact you as soon as possible to provide support. Sincerely, Dyson Turkey

There is no return with sensitivity or anything. A customer representative called and said to buy the model with Wi-Fi and hung up. Dyson is nothing but regret. I was thinking of buying a vacuum cleaner. Instead, I will buy a Fantom, it's better.
