Dyson Aftersale Service is Bad!



On August 14, 2023, I sent my Dyson hair dryer, which I personally use, to the service center due to paint flaking, which I believed was a manufacturing defect. After 10 days, on August 24, 2023, the authorized service returned it to me, stating "There are damages and peelings caused by falling and impact on this device, it does not prevent use." To make matters worse, due to inadequate protection during the return, the product suffered even more damage on its way back home. I immediately contacted Dyson, providing them with before and after photos as evidence of the damage. However, they declined to take any responsibility and simply stated, "You can still use the dryer." I chose Dyson thinking it was a premium brand with quality products, but this experience has shattered that perception. Neither the quality nor the premium service seems to hold true in this case.

I believe all victims are familiar with Dyson's lie of "we will contact you as soon as possible." Of course, no one called or inquired, because they have no answers to give. My request to everyone who sees this complaint is to avoid choosing Dyson so that you don't end up in a similar situation. Their after-sales services are beyond terrible; they are nonexistent.
