FlyOne Delayed My Lost Luggage for More Than Five Days

On December 29, 2025, I traveled from Uzbekistan to Medina on a FlyOne flight. After arriving at my destination, my checked baggage never appeared on the baggage claim carousel and was effectively lost. The suitcase contained my personal belongings, including clothing and important medications, which left me in a very difficult situation both practically and from a health standpoint.
My baggage did not arrive for more than five days. During this period, I was unable to access my personal items or the medication I needed, causing significant inconvenience, stress, and concern. Being without essential belongings for such an extended period greatly affected my travel experience.
Although I did not immediately file an official baggage report at the airport, I still believe this incident warrants a thorough review. A delay of this magnitude should not occur, particularly when passengers may be traveling with important personal and medical items.
I request that FlyOne investigate what happened to my baggage and provide me with a clear explanation regarding the cause of the delay and the handling of my luggage. I also ask that the airline review its baggage procedures and implement measures to prevent similar incidents from affecting other passengers in the future.
Finally, I would appreciate written communication regarding the findings of the investigation and acknowledgment of the inconvenience and difficulties I experienced as a result of this delayed baggage incident.
