FlyOne Charged Me €35 Despite My Included Cabin Baggage Allowance

On March 31, 2026, I traveled with FlyOne on flight 5F5581 from Chisinau to Tbilisi. Although my ticket clearly included a cabin baggage allowance, I was told during check-in that I did not have the right to bring a cabin-size bag on board, and I was asked to pay an additional €35.
My cabin baggage was within standard cabin-size dimensions, and I only wanted to use the baggage allowance that was already included in my ticket conditions. However, I was told that my bag would not be accepted on the aircraft unless I paid the extra fee. As a result, I was forced to pay €35, and I still have the receipt for this payment.
I have my ticket details and all supporting evidence showing that I had a cabin baggage allowance. Despite this, I was charged an additional fee, which I believe was unfair and contrary to passenger rights.
I request that FlyOne refund the €35 that I believe was wrongly collected from me. I also request a written explanation and an apology regarding this improper charge and the treatment I experienced during check-in.
