Dyson Airwrap Stock Problem
In April, I purchased a Dyson Airwrap. Just one month later, it broke down while I was styling my hair. The technical support assured me that it would be replaced with a new one. They did, however, offer a different color than the one I originally purchased. I declined because it was more expensive and I preferred the color I had selected. They claim that other colors are available, but they are unable to properly manage their own stock, forcing us to constantly check for availability. They returned the faulty Dyson to me. Now I'm stuck with a broken Dyson, and I've been paying monthly installments for months without using it. Given their high product prices, their customer service is a disgrace; they simply refuse to assist.
