Dyson Service Has Not Returned My Product After 1.5 Months Despite My Daily Calls

I sent my product to the authorized service about a month and a half ago, and it is still missing. Despite calling every day, I am constantly brushed off with the same response: "We are opening a service ticket." No one has contacted me, and the only thing I hear is, "We understand your frustration." A major company like Dyson cannot even take responsibility for one of its products. Even though the legal deadline has passed, I am still being made to wait, and it has seriously affected me mentally. I urgently request that my issue be resolved immediately. We buy expensive products because we trust Dyson, but look at the situation we are facing compared to others in the market. It is truly disappointing.
