Broken Dyson Vacuum Ordeal
When my Dyson vacuum broke, I was told that it would be picked up during the day, fixed, and brought back to my house. But the service still hasn't picked up the product, and it's been a week. Whenever I call, they just start a new service ticket. A brand with a good name should stand behind the products it sells and put customer satisfaction first. This whole thing has made me very sad, and I know for sure that I won't be thinking about Dyson again in the future. I hope the problem will be solved as soon as possible.
