Dyson V12 Not Repaired or Returned After 52 Days Despite Repeated Follow-Ups
I sent my Dyson V12 vacuum for repair on November 6, but 52 days have passed, and it has still not been repaired or returned to me. Every time I contact customer service, they tell me, "Your case has been created, and we will get back to you as soon as possible," yet no one calls, and there is no follow-up on the process. The lack of transparency and updates has left me feeling neglected as a customer. My vacuum is nowhere to be found, and I am the one left in a difficult situation. I have a small baby with allergies, which is why I chose this vacuum, but it has now been nearly two months without one in my home. I expected better service and quicker resolution from a company like Dyson. I urgently request that my vacuum be repaired and sent back to me as soon as possible.
