Dyson V12 Attachment Broke and They Want Me to Pay for a Replacement



I got a Dyson V12 back in December, and while I was using it, one of the attachment clips snapped off. I reached out to the service, and they informed me that I'd have to cover the cost for the replacement, which was really disappointing. I thought a brand like Dyson would offer better support, especially given the price and the care I've put into maintaining the vacuum. It's honestly frustrating to witness how little attention is given to customer satisfaction. I used to enjoy this product, but now I'm starting to doubt their dedication to supporting what they sell. I really hope Dyson takes a step back and decides to provide a more customer-friendly option by replacing the part under warranty.
