Dreame L10S Ultra Gen2 Robot Vacuum Repeated Warranty Failures

I bought a Dreame L10S Ultra Gen2 robot vacuum cleaner on 01.04.2025, and about one month after I started using it, it began to cause problems. First, malfunctions occurred in the water discharge and suction system, the mop was leaving the floor wet, and when I checked from the application, it showed problems in the pipes. Because of these issues, I contacted Dreame through their own website and sent the device to the Istanbul Dream service under warranty. The service stated that the water discharge and filling problem was corrected, but a few days after I received the product, the mop again started leaving the surface wet and the application still showed an error in the pipes. Although it was returned from the service, the problems did not end, and after a while new malfunctions appeared and I had to reset the device. Currently, the robot vacuum does not charge properly, does not sit correctly on its station, and does not connect to the mobile application. Despite having been sent to authorized service once, I am still unable to use the product efficiently and continuously experiencing issues, which has seriously shaken my trust in the brand. At this stage, I request that my Dreame L10S Ultra Gen2 robot vacuum be replaced with a new, flawless device under warranty, and if this is not possible, that a full refund be made. I kindly ask for my complaint to be urgently reviewed and a clear solution to be provided.
