I Got Rust in My Dreame D10 Plus Water Tank After One Month

I purchased the Dreame D10 Plus robot vacuum just 7 months ago, and it started showing issues as early as the first month. The water tank began rusting, specifically around the screw areas. I only used clean water in it—nothing else—yet corrosion appeared in a part that clearly wasn’t designed to handle moisture long-term.

I eventually sent it to Ouno technical service under warranty, expecting them to stand behind their product. But instead of fixing the issue, they blamed me and demanded ₺1500, saying it was due to “user error.”

How is it my fault that Dreame chose to use rust-prone materials in a product specifically made to hold water? I didn’t misuse it—I followed instructions, yet they refused to acknowledge their design flaw or honor the warranty.
