Request a Chat Ban Reversal for Royal Kingdom Terms of Service Violation

I play Dream Games' Royal Kingdom on Facebook. On September 30, my access to the in-game team chat was blocked. I see a warning message on the screen stating that my access to team chat has been restricted for violating the Terms of Service.

I used an inappropriate word in the team chat, and I typed it without realizing at the time that it might be against the game's rules. I understand that I was banned from the chat because of this remark, and I sincerely apologize for my behavior. I love playing the game, and the team chat and communication aspects are especially important to my overall enjoyment. My in-game username is Orhan dyr.

I want to explicitly state that I will absolutely never make the same mistake again. I request that my chat ban be reconsidered and, if possible, completely lifted, or at least shortened if a full reversal is not possible.
