Dream Games Gave Me a Royal Kingdom Chat Ban Without Warning

While playing Royal Kingdom by Dream Games on Android, I suddenly received a chat ban without any prior warning. My chat ban has not been lifted for approximately 10 days, and I have not been given any explanation regarding the reason for this restriction.

Since the day the ban was applied, I have tried to contact the in-game support section, but the support screen has appeared unavailable for days. I also submitted a support request by email, but I have not received any response so far.

Because I was never told that I violated any rule and no reason was clearly provided to me, I believe this restriction is unfair. I request that my chat ban be reviewed urgently and removed. If there was truly any violation, I also ask that the specific reason be explained to me clearly and transparently.
