Royal Match Team Leader Requests Removal of Unfair Chat Ban

I have been playing Royal Match by Dream Games for many years. Throughout that time, I have genuinely enjoyed the game, supported it, and remained an active player. I am the leader of my own team, have reached some of the highest levels in the game, and have spent a significant amount of money purchasing gold, special items, and event-related content. I always made these purchases willingly because I enjoyed the game and wanted to support its development.

However, all of the accounts associated with my device have now been given a permanent chat restriction. I believe this action is unfair and disproportionate to any possible issue that may have occurred. I have never intentionally used profanity, offensive language, slang, or inappropriate terms in chat. If there was any rule violation, it was completely unintentional and done without my awareness.

Considering the years of effort, time, and money I have invested in Royal Match, I do not believe I deserved such a severe penalty for what may have been a minor mistake. Unfortunately, I have received no response to my emails, and my in-game support section is no longer accessible, leaving me with no effective way to appeal the decision.

I respectfully request that my chat restrictions be reviewed and removed. I ask that my long history as a loyal player, team leader, and supporter of the game be taken into consideration. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue participating in team communications and enjoying the game as I have for many years.
