Appeal Royal Kingdom Chat Ban and Restore Team Chat Access

I actively play the game Royal Kingdom, developed by Dream Games, on Google Play. My in-game username is "Orhan dyr". Since around September 30, my access to the team chat has been restricted. I received a warning that I violated the terms of service due to an inappropriate word I used in the team chat, and I understand this is the reason for my ban.

I acted without realizing at the time that the word I used might be against the game's rules. I sincerely apologize to both the Dream Games team and my in-game teammates for this remark. I really enjoy playing the game, and the team chat and communication features are especially important to me for my overall enjoyment and team coordination.

Because the in-game support section is currently closed, I haven't been able to reach a representative about this issue. Therefore, I request that my chat ban be reconsidered and, if possible, completely lifted or at least shortened to a reasonable duration. I want to emphasize that I will not make the same mistake again.
