I Need My Royal Match Account Ban Removed After Two Months

I am the owner of the Royal Match account with UID 37SRSNBR. Approximately two months ago, my account was suddenly restricted and banned without any clear explanation. Since then, I have submitted multiple requests and appeals regarding this issue, but I have not received any response from Dream Games.
As a result of the restriction, both my team chat access and support communication options appear to be unavailable. In addition, I am unable to properly join teams, and when I do enter a team, I cannot participate in conversations or communicate with other players. These restrictions have significantly affected my ability to enjoy and participate in the game.
I respectfully request that the restriction and ban on my account be reviewed and removed. If there is a specific reason for the action taken against my account, I would appreciate receiving a clear explanation so that I can understand the situation and address any concerns.
I sincerely ask for assistance in resolving this matter and restoring full access to my account. I would like to continue playing Royal Match without restrictions and regain access to team features and chat functions. Thank you for taking the time to review my appeal.
