Dream Games Won’t Remove My Royal Kingdom Team Wall Restriction

In Royal Kingdom, where I serve as a co-leader of my team under the username d*, I have been unable to post messages on the team wall since August 24, 2025. I believe this restriction may have resulted from my use of punctuation marks to push inappropriate content posted by another team member further up the wall. However, my access to the game itself remains active, and the only restriction affecting my account is my inability to post on the team wall.

When I contacted customer support regarding this issue, I received only general explanations about possible reasons for restrictions. Even after specifically asking for the exact reason behind my restriction, I was informed that no further details would be provided. I was also told that if I continued insisting on additional information, I might no longer be able to receive support assistance.

I have never previously received a warning, suspension, or any other disciplinary action in the game. This is the first time I have experienced a restriction of this kind, which makes the situation particularly frustrating and confusing.

I respectfully request that my team wall posting restriction be reviewed and removed. I would also appreciate a clear explanation regarding the reason for the restriction and a fair resolution to the inconvenience and disruption it has caused to my role within the team.
