Royal Kingdom Restricted My Chat for an Unintentional Word

I am experiencing an issue due to a chat restriction that began last night in Royal Kingdom. My in-game username is A*28**. Because of an automatic keyboard correction error, I accidentally used a restricted word in the chat. If my chat history is reviewed, it will show that I have not previously engaged in inappropriate behavior or repeatedly violated any rules. I sincerely regret this mistake and will be much more careful with my messages in the future to ensure that it does not happen again.

I continue to receive notifications indicating that the chat restriction remains active. Although I have attempted to contact the support team regarding this issue, I have not been provided with a solution or meaningful assistance. Other than the chat restriction, there are no issues associated with my account.

I respectfully request that this chat restriction be removed as a one-time exception and that my account's chat privileges be fully restored. I hope that my overall conduct and account history will be taken into consideration during the review process. Thank you for your time and understanding.
