Dream Games Account Banned and Chat Disabled at Level 11,777

I have been playing Dream Games on an Android device and my main account has reached level 11,777, which is the last level in the current update. A few days ago, my first account and my second account were both banned and restricted without any explanation. The game opens, but I can no longer write anything inside the room, and I was suddenly treated as if I had violated the rules, although I did nothing wrong and did not receive any prior warning. This situation is very upsetting for me because I have spent a lot of time and effort to reach this high level, and I have always played fairly and followed the game rules. I have not made any in‑app purchases on these accounts, but my progress is very valuable to me. I contacted support about this issue, but I did not receive any response. I kindly request that my accounts be checked in detail, the ban and chat restriction be removed, and my access to the game and room chat be fully restored, as there is no valid reason for this punishment. I would also appreciate it if you could inform me clearly of the reason if there is any misunderstanding, so that it can be corrected and my accounts can be reactivated.
