DramaWave keeps charging me for episodes I didn’t unlock, how can I stop these payments?

If DramaWave keeps charging you for episodes you didn’t unlock and you want to stop the payments:

Check your purchases and subscription first;

• Open DramaWave → Profile / Settings
• Go to Membership / Coins / Purchases
• Check if you have:
– Active VIP subscription
– Auto coin purchases
– Episode auto-unlock enabled
• Screenshot the billing or purchase history

Disable auto-unlock or auto-renew;

• Go to Settings → Subscription / Membership
• Turn off:
– Auto-renew membership
– Auto episode unlock
– Auto coin purchase
• Screenshot the settings after disabling them

Cancel the subscription from your app store;

• Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → DramaWave → Cancel
• iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → DramaWave → Cancel
• Screenshot the cancellation confirmation

Contact DramaWave Support;

• Use in-app support or the official support email
• Explain:
– You were charged for episodes you did not unlock
– You want the subscription stopped

• Provide:
– Account email or username
– Screenshots of the charges
– Dates and amounts of the payments

• Ask them to:
– Stop future charges
– Review and refund the incorrect purchases

If the charges continue or support does not respond, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to escalate the issue and get support.
