Dramawave Unauthorized Weekly VIP TCC Charge Through Google Play

Today I saw that my card was charged US$4.99 through Google Play for a “Weekly VIP TCC” subscription connected with the Dramawave app. The transaction appears in my Google Play purchase history dated October 2, 2026, and I noticed it approximately two hours after it was made. I did not intend to make or continue this weekly subscription and I have not been able to reach Dramawave for support despite my attempts. I have also not yet taken any action through Google Play such as canceling the subscription or using the “Report a problem” option. I request that this US$4.99 payment for the “Weekly VIP TCC” weekly subscription be fully refunded to my card and that the related subscription be canceled so that no further charges are made.
