Dramawave Subscription Charged After Cancellation
I am using an Android phone and previously had a subscription to the Dramawave SG SGP app. At the beginning of June I requested cancellation of my account and believed that my subscription had been stopped. However, on 13/7 there was still a “SALE DEBIT Dramawave * SG” transaction from my bank account in the amount of RM47.34. After seeing the notification about this debit, I contacted my bank. They advised me to change my card, but this does not solve the fact that money has already been taken after I thought the account had been cancelled. I am not sure whether a cancellation confirmation was sent by Dramawave because I cannot find it now, but my clear intention was to stop the subscription from early June onwards. I request that the RM47.34 debited on 13/7 be refunded and that my Dramawave subscription and any related automatic debits be fully cancelled so that no further charges are made to my account.
