DramaWave Charging Every Two Weeks Despite No Active Subscription

I had a subscription with DramaWave that I canceled through Google Play in June. Despite this, since that date they have continued to charge me 17.20 € every two weeks. When I check in the Google Play Store, no active subscriptions appear, so I have no way from my side to cancel or manage this charge. Even so, the payments keep being taken from my account regularly. I contacted both DramaWave and Google Play support to explain that I no longer have any active subscription showing, yet the 17.20 € charges continue. The only response I received was that I should cancel it from Google Play, and when I told them that nothing appears in my subscriptions, they simply ignored my situation and did not offer any real solution. I request that all charges made after my cancellation in June be fully refunded and that this recurring payment be stopped immediately so that no further amounts are deducted from my account.
