Unauthorized Subscription And Charge From DramaWave, I Need A Full Refund
Today, on 15.07.2026, an amount of 6250 Hungarian forint was charged from my bank card for a DramaWave subscription. I received an SMS both from DramaWave and from my bank, but I have never subscribed to this service and I did not give any consent for such a payment. I cannot find any contact address or clear support channel for DramaWave, so I am unable to cancel this subscription directly or to request my money back through them. I request that this unauthorized subscription be immediately cancelled, that a full refund of the 6250 HUF be made to my account, and that any future charges from DramaWave to my card be permanently blocked.
