I discovered that a weekly subscription was started on my Dramawave account without my authorization and that a payment of -17.76 € was taken today at 01:41. I did not knowingly approve or request this weekly subscription. I request that my Dramawave weekly subscription be cancelled immediately, that this unauthorized payment be fully refunded to my original payment method, and that any future charges be blocked so that this does not happen again.
