Dramawave Subscription Charged Through App Store Without My Knowledge

On 06.06.2026, a 20 USD charge was taken from me for a Dramawave monthly subscription through the App Store. I did not personally subscribe to this service, and I suspect that my teenager may have done so by mistake, without my full knowledge and consent. I noticed that Dramawave’s support email address is not valid, so I have not been able to reach the company directly to resolve this. I contacted my bank about the transaction with the reference number 060635313932 RRN, but they informed me that they cannot interfere because it appears as if I agreed to the payment. I request that this Dramawave subscription be canceled immediately and that the full amount of 20 USD be reimbursed to me, as I did not knowingly subscribe to this service. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
